Insurance plans are a private contract between the patient and the insurance company. As a courtesy to our patients we will bill your primary insurance; however, you are responsible for the bill and/or any secondary insurance billing. If your insurance company requires a referral from your primary care physician, you are responsible for obtaining your referral prior to your appointment.
